Due to Covid-19 pandemic, all in person group yoga classes have been temporarily suspended until further notice.
Class will be tailored to meet individual goals. All levels welcome – new or experienced student.
Hatha Yoga Alignment: Develop strength, stability, and alignment.
Hatha Yoga class inspired by the Iyengar method which dynamically weaves together an exploration of postural alignment.

Restorative Yoga – with Tuning Forks (upon request): Explore deep relaxation and rejuvenation of body and mind.
Restorative Yoga class combined with acupressure sound healing with Tuning Forks.
60 min class: $30
Restorative Yoga with Acupuncture: Explore deep relaxation and rejuvenation of body and mind.
Restorative Yoga class followed by needling of selected acupoints to calm the heart-mind.
75 min: $40

Release & Re-align – Yoga with Rope Wall
Develops alignment, stability, and extension.
Yoga class inspired by the Iyengar method which dynamically weaves together an exploration of postural aligment and the efficient use of props, such as yoga ropes. Each class focuses on a particular category of asanas: standing poses, backbends, foward bends, twists, inversions, restoratives. Class includes breath awareness exercises and heart-centered meditations inspired by Vipassana techniques.
This is a mixed level class. It focuses on beginner level asana and outlines the basic foundations in the exploration of postural alignment. It is suitable for students with no prior experience using yoga ropes. This class also offers the opportunity to explore intermediate level asanas and to feel more subtle aspects of postural alignment with the assistance of the yoga ropes.
